1. Price guarantee is for wholesalers who currently buy off WAPP.
2. Applies to a cheaper final price found in Western Australia.
3. Competitor quote must be current and formal proof of quote (original letterhead with company logo and information) must be presented to WAPP
4. Must be a competitor’s stocked item.
5. The item must be an exact match to what WAPP currently holds on their shelf or in their current range
6. The product must be new and factory sealed.
7. It must be subject to a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Australia.
8. Competitor’s prices must be in Australian dollars.
9. Does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, cash backs & discounts offered by a supplier or another third party, bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity offers, discounts applied by vouchers or coupons, clearance, finance offers, and items sold on marketplace websites.
10. Price guarantee excludes:
    1. Freight, charges or any added fees.
    2. Excludes special or custom orders.
    3. Competitor clearance products and stock liquidations
    4. Online or overseas
11. The price guarantee applies at the time of purchase
